Communication is very important in every day life. It deeply connected with human existence or we can say that it's the most integral part of it.

# If we imagine that what would happen without any communication or we are not allpall to talk for a long time?

No one can think about the human existence without communication. It's very difficult to deal with someone without any communication.

Communication links people together to achieve common goals. And good communication requires a good public relationship. Effective communication is required to handle various crises and conflicts of interests in organization.

● Features of communication:- 

1. It is an exchange of ideas.
2. Two parties are involved in it.
3. It is 2 way process.

● 3 types of communication :-

1. Intra - Organizational Communication
2. Inter - Organizational Communication
3. Personal Communication

◆ Mass Communication :-

Mass communication is the process of imparting and exchanging information through mass media to the large segment of population. Mass media helps to transform the latest news and information as well.
