Hello Readers,

Here is my thinking activity according to the following link...

● Introduction:-

The language laboratories are now a days becoming more and more benificial and even better valued within the educational institutes. The functions and the potentialities they offer are much higher than the once in the traditional teaching-learning system.

The language lab is a dedicated space for foreign language learning. It is the massive platform to learn a foreign language. It helps to enhanced our 4 basic skills [LSRW] in order to enhance our Second language.

● Development of Language lab:-

In medieval times , people used to language lab with recorded taps. Through the use of cassette or a recorder people got the knowledge. The tap usually contains text or a story which is aloud by the native speaker. Then the time changes , the idea or technology developed.

CALL (Computer Assisted Language Learning). This is one of the most modern speech laboratories available today. The entire course module is already stored in the computer.  The language course resources are already downloaded on the computer and are presented to students according to the features available in the system.

Then comes the Mobile Lab. This can be transfer at anywhere. So basically any room can become language lab. Language lab has developed from recorded taps to wireless, and the new process of making it more easily available is constantly going on.

● Advantages of language lab :-

1. A language lab is practical.
2. Students learn much faster in the language lab.
3. The teacher takes on a more important role in the language lab.
4. Use more resources and varied activities than in other classroom.
5. Language labs allow for diversity in the class.
6. Labs foster communication in the classroom.
7. Language labs are an intuitive tool for both the students and teachers.
8. Language lab optimise computing resources.

● Disadvantages of language lab :-

• It is costly.
• Without some equipment and electricity it will not work.
• Needs qualify teacher, who can use this effectively.

• The institute needs to keep upgrading as technology changes very fast.

● English lab review:-

English lab is one of the platform that learners learn and acquire the Foreign language or a second language. The features which is given in it is Indeed a good one that learners easily understood.

When we start that programme it's bit of tough to operate or enter in this with password and all but afterwards its very interesting to doing this activity.

There are many of the levels and each level consisting 4 or 5 topics.

● Namo tab review:-

Namo tab is also an interesting but when we downloaded this app the main issue occur is to find language lab in that app.😅 Because its very tough to findout this language lab. And finally after the so many steps language lab had been opened. But then it was very easy to learn.

Namo tab is somehow different than English lab. The way namo tab give the answers and the steps are also differ from that one. In this we can find main points and even subpoints. Levels are also different from that. When I was doing this especially from Reading skill i couldn't find the keyboard writing , it's only selection of the answers whereas in English lab it was there.

But in both -  the features are different and each one is very interesting in different ways.

The Archetypes of Literature.... Northrop Frye

Northrop Frye, in full Herman Northrop Frye, Canadian educator and critic who wrote much on "Canadian Literature" and culture and became best known as one of the most important literary theorists of the 20th century. 1.What is Archetypal Criticism? What does the Archetypal critic do? In literary Criticism the term " archetype" denotes recurrent narratives designs, patterns of actions, character- type, themes & images which are identifiable in a wide variety of works of literature, as well as in myths, dreams and even social rituals. Such recurrent items are held to be the result of elemental & universal forms or patterns in the human psyche, whose effective embodiment in a literary work evokes a profound response from the attentive reader, because he or she shares the psychic archetypes expressed by the author. 2.What is Frye trying to prove by giving an analogy of "Physics to Nature" & "Criticism to Literature"?
